Community is at the heart of everything we do at OUR HOUSE Grief Support Center.
With growing concerns about the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), we want you to know that the health and safety of our participants, families, volunteers and supporters at OUR HOUSE’s Walk ‘n’ Run for Hope is our top priority.
We are all experiencing much uncertainty, however, what we are certain about is just how important this event is — for our community, our grievers, our volunteers and our staff. In accordance with the CDC and its guidance for large events, we have decided to postpone our Walk ‘n’ Run for Hope that was scheduled for April 26, 2020. Our new date for this event is Sunday, August 23rd.
We will continue to monitor the Department of Public Health, CDC, and WHO to ensure that the event meets the safety standards of our community and our supporters. We look forward to once again coming together as a community to celebrate and honor the lives of those who have died.
Even though our physical locations are closed, the work continues. We are working remotely, so if you have any questions,
please contact Sylvia Moskovitz, Chief Development Officer at firstname.lastname@example.org
